Before using it for the first time, carefully wash all the parts that will come in touch with food such as the container. Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running. Don’t immerse the appliance in water or liquids. In any case, avoid splashing water or liquids.

Put the appliance on stable shelves and floors. Do not handle it with wet hands or bare feet. Allow the appliance to cool completely before storing. Glass containers are very fragile, please handle them with care. The glass containers filled with water or other liquids cannot be stored in the freezer compartment.

OPERATION TIPS

1. a) Fresh milk or pasteurized + lactobacillus or natural yogurt.
2. b) Pasteurized whole milk + plain yogurt or lactobacillus.
3. c) Milk powder + natural yogurt or lactobacillus.
4. d) Soymilk + lactobacillus or natural yogurt.

Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the unit, as this may scratch the surface. Clean the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap. Thoroughly dry all parts before using the unit again.

Wash the jar lids (3) and the cover (2) by hand with dishwashing detergent and rinse with tap water. The glass jars (4) are dishwasher-safe.
